DESCRIPTION
HC-220BI4002 is a 2.2″ tft LCD module with optional resistive touch screen and capacitive touch screen control with 240×320 pixel resolution. This size TFT LCD is portrait mode with wider viewing angle by POL adjustment, left: 45/right: 45/up: 50/down: 20 degrees (typical).Optional RTP or CTP.
This HC-220BI4002 module has a built-in ST7789V2-G4 controller IC that supports RGB/SPI or MCU interface, a supply voltage (VCC) range of 3.0V to 3.6V, a brightness of 390 nits (typical), and a contrast ratio of 800:1. The module is ideal for industries such as medical equipment, GPS navigators, and more. The module can operate at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperature range is -30°C to +80°C.
